A better food system is worth marketing for.
I chose food on purpose. The fishery harvesting the right way, the chef sourcing from named farms, the brand trying to feed people better. Those are the stories I want to tell. If I cannot stand behind the food, I am not the agency for it.
That focus is also practical. Working in one world means I already know your guests, your seasons, your delivery apps, and the searches people type when they are hungry near you. I am not learning the food business on your budget.
Good food and honest sourcing should be easy for a guest to find. Most of marketing is just getting out of the way of that.
I work with kitchens and brands I would happily eat at and tell my friends about. If I cannot stand behind the food, I am not the agency for it.
I am based in Vancouver and I work with food businesses across the city and beyond. This is my food scene, and I am part of it.
