Digital Marketing Strategy,
A plan that fits your kitchen, not a template.

I build the marketing plan first, then everything else hangs off it. I look at who eats with you, what makes you different on a crowded block, and where your time and money actually move the needle. No spray and pray.

What it is

Digital Marketing Strategy

Strategy at Jade Rabbit starts with your room, your menu, and your margins. I sit down with you, look at your sales, your slow nights, your best dishes, and the neighbourhood you serve, then I map a plan across the channels that matter for a food business. The output is a clear roadmap with priorities, owners, and a budget you can read. I tell you what to do first and what to skip. If a tactic will not pay for itself in covers or orders, I say so.

What falls under it
  • Brand positioning for food businesses

Finding the honest, specific reason a guest chooses you over the place two doors down.

  • Audience and market research

Who your regulars are, where they live, and how they decide where to eat.

  • Channel plan and budget

Where to spend, where not to, and what each dollar is meant to bring back.

  • Marketing calendar

A month-by-month plan that lines up with your seasons, festivals, and slow stretches.

  • Launch and reopening strategy

New location, new concept, or a relaunch, planned so opening week is full.

  • Sustainability storytelling

Telling the truth about your sourcing and your kitchen in a way guests actually feel.

Process How it works

Our process, step by step.

No surprises. Here is exactly how we run a Strategy engagement.

  1. Sit down with you

I start in your space, not on a call template. I want to understand the food, the room, who walks in, and what a good night looks like to you. I also look at the numbers: covers, average spend, slow days, and where last year hurt.

  2. Look at the landscape

I scan your block and your category, read your reviews, and study how comparable kitchens show up online. I am not copying anyone. I am finding the gap that is honestly yours to own.

  3. Build the plan

I write a roadmap that ranks tactics by impact and cost. Social, search, email, content, paid, whatever earns its place. Each line has a reason and a rough budget so nothing is a mystery.

  4. Walk you through it

I present the plan in person or on a call, answer every question, and adjust. You leave knowing exactly what comes first, what it costs, and what it should bring back.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

Yes, and often more so. A single room cannot afford wasted spend the way a chain can. A focused plan keeps your money on the two or three things that fill seats and skips the rest.

No. The strategy ranks everything by priority. You can start with the top one or two items and add more when the results justify it. I would rather you do a few things well than everything badly.

Most strategy engagements run a few weeks from first meeting to final roadmap, depending on how much existing data I have to work with. I will give you a clear timeline at the start.
